Forester's Lodge is a spacious family friendly house situated in a bright spot next to Farigaig Forest, which is about half way down the beautiful south side of Loch Ness. Surrounded by woodland walks with spectacular Loch views, Forester's Lodge is just a few minutes stroll to the banks of Loch Ness if you want to look out for 'Nessie'. Sitting on its own in a large enclosed garden, the house is perfect for relaxing or as a base to visit one of Europe's fastest growing cities - Inverness.
The house easily sleeps 10 guests, plus babies, and comprises two wings, which is particularly useful for extended families or friends holidaying together but seeking a degree of privacy. The layout of the house also makes it very suitable for small groups and couples as the extra bedrooms can easily be closed off to create a cosy woodland cottage, our prices do make this affordable for smaller parties. Joined by a breakfasting kitchen, the front wing offers a lounge with wood burning stove, a separate dining room with open fire, one double room, one twin room and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. In the rear wing there are two further double bedrooms and one twin room, all en-suite plus a cloakroom. In addition, there is an entertainment lounge including a large flat screen TV, DVD player and DVDs, Wifi and Wii console and games.
This property is has only recently been made available for self catering holidays and until July 09 was home to the owners who now invite you to sample living in this wonderful and much sought after holiday location in Inverfarigaig.
